Benefits of Participating in the Healthcare Initiative
There are many benefits for participating in the initiative. The initiative will:
- Provide a comprehensive view of employee perceptions of the current status of soft organizational capabilities important to achieving high performance, and employee perceptions of the capability levels needed to achieve high performance.
- Enable participating healthcare organizations to identify the strengths and weaknesses in their organization’s soft capabilities
- Enable the organization to undertake internal and external benchmarking comparisons of its organizational capabilities with those of other organizations, to support improvement initiatives
- Facilitate open and constructive discussion in the area of soft organizational capabilities, attitudes and behavior
