Process Management and Improvement certificate course ( 4 day course)

This course is designed for participants who are likely to be assigned to the internal process management and improvement experts group and organizational managers who wish to gain an in-depth understanding of process management and improvement.

This course provides participants with an in-depth understanding of the tools and methods of process management and improvement. It provides experience in applying these tools and methods to gain the knowledge and skills needed to be internal instructors in process definition and improvement.
