Leading Process Definition and Improvement Projects (2 Day workshop)

Participants in this workshop are required to have taken the Basic Training in Process Definition and Improvement Projects Workshop prior to taking the leadership training.

The workshop is designed for supervisors who are likely to lead process definition and improvement projects and for any other employees who have taken the basic training and are interested in gaining further knowledge and skills in undertaking process definition and improvement projects.
